We have founded Projekt Praga in 2010. The first years of our professional activity were focused on revitalisation projects, art spaces, and interior design. Today, we focus mainly on public buildings.

Office history

Since the beginning of our activity, we have been associated with Kamionek district in Warsaw. For years we worked on the premises of the former Warsaw Motorcycle Factory (Komin 73) at Mińska Street, and now we occupy the space of the pavilion of the former library at Skaryszewski Park.

about our team

o Zespole

We work in a team of more than a dozen architects with complementary experience and different design interests. The intimate scale allows us to fully engage in all subjects. In addition, we work with a wide range of industry specialists, ranging from structural and installation consultants to specialised technology designers.

services
Civic buildings
We design public buildings, in particular education and teaching facilities with a complex program. Our portfolio includes, among others, the building of the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Warsaw and the administrative and didactic building of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw.
Public interiors
We design public interiors such as hotels, restaurants and representative office spaces. Our portfolio includes, among others, Perła Brewery Apartments, numerous restaurants such as Amici or Warszawa Wschodnia and the lobby of Skanska office buildings.
Revitalisations
We design revitalisations of post-industrial and historic buildings, both in terms of shaping a new functional program, as well as creating contemporary architectural interventions. Our portfolio includes revitalisations on the premises of the former Warsaw Motorcycle Factory or the former Vetter Brewery in Lublin.

competences
BIM models
We work in BIM technology at all stages of the project, creating three-dimensional multi-branch models containing a range of information about all building elements: construction, installations and related equipment.
Multidisciplinary documentation
From BIM models, we generate documentation for all industries, adapted to the requirements of legal regulations, administrative procedures and to the specific requirements of the public procurement sector.
3D virtual walks
In our studio there is a properly equipped area for virtual walks around the designed space. Viewing buildings or interiors in goggles is an additional tool for us and allows for a much more complete presentation of projects.
