RESTAURANT/TAPAS BAR - POZNANSKA, WARSAW

Cyderia is located on the ground floor of a 1910 revitalized historic building at Poznańska 16, Warsaw.

With menu based around homemade cider and tapas, the place draws inspiration from traditional Spanish tapas bars and their lively, bustling and laid-back atmosphere.

A large bar counter with shelving is the focal point of the interior. The main body is made out of oak slabs and the countertop out of zinc sheets.

Used materials include marble, natural wood, terrazzo and steel. Some of the elements, such as wooden boxes, were upcycled. The boxes form a structure suspended from the ceiling that hides all installations and betters the acoustics. Terrazzo floors were installed. Marble tile paneling topped with a steel countertop runs along the brick walls.

Triangular steel structures complement the space.
